You and your group swipe privately on movies and TV shows. With two people, a title matches when both swipe right. In a larger group, it appears in Matched when enough people in the group agree.

The Australian setup includes Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Prime Video, Apple TV, HBO Max, Binge, Paramount+, Foxtel Now, BritBox, 9Now, 7plus, ABC iview, SBS On Demand and 10. Select the subscriptions and free services you actually use, so the deck can focus on useful options.

Create your account or sign in first, then open the invite link or enter the invite code. Once you have joined, the group appears in your profile and you can start swiping from your own phone.

Up to six people. MatchWatch works for couples, housemates, families and small friend groups, so the same group can cover two people on the couch or the whole household.

No. Your individual swipes stay private. The group sees a title when it becomes a match, not a running list of everything you liked or skipped.

Yes. The deck includes movies and TV shows. Use the TV mood when you only want shows, or choose another mood to narrow the deck before everyone starts swiping.

Your age setting helps MatchWatch apply regional limits to the deck, but it does not replace the Australian classification label. M is an advisory rating and MA 15+ is legally restricted, so check the rating and consumer advice before a family movie night.

Treat them as a useful guide. Release timing can change by title, service and location, so check the local cinema or streaming listing before organising the whole night around one date.

Open Mood and pick the sort of night you are having, such as Funny, Scary, Family, Documentary or Coming Soon. MatchWatch refreshes the deck around that choice. Change it whenever the room changes its mind.

Titles you swipe right on appear under My Swipes in your watchlist. Group matches have their own Matched view, while titles you skipped sit under Passed in case you change your mind later.

No. MatchWatch runs in a browser on your phone or computer. You can add it to your home screen for quicker access, while the native iOS and Android apps are still marked as coming soon.
